You agree not to use the Services in any manner, which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Services. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Services.

5. Billing

In order to use the Services you must provide INMhelp accurate and complete billing information, including legal name, address, and telephone number. When you submit credit card information, you give INMhelp express permission to charge all user fees, subscription charges, and any other charges and fees incurred for using the Services (“Fees”) to the designated credit card. INMhelp reserves the right to terminate these Terms and your access to and use of the Services if you do not provide a valid credit card for the payment of Fees, or if any Fees are not timely paid. All Fees may be billed in advance upon commencement of your use of the Service, and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial use of the Service. Any add-on features or Services not provided in your service plan will be billed in accordance with specific terms provided at the time the add-on features or Service is requested by you. All payments of Fees are exclusive of federal, state, local and foreign taxes, duties, tariffs, levies, withholdings and similar assessments (including without limitation, sales taxes, use taxes and value added taxes), and you agree to bear and be responsible for the payment of all such charges, excluding taxes based upon INMhelp’s net income.

6. No Legal Advice

The Services may include access to certain legal information, including, information, articles, legal forms, and documents. Such information, if provided within the Services, is not legal advice and may not be relied upon as legal advice. Neither the Services, nor anything provided by INMhelp, is a substituteof legal advice. The Services do not include, nor does INMhelp in any way provide, Legal Services.

7. Privacy and Disclosure of Information

INMhelp reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post, or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in INMhelp’s sole discretion. 8. Termination

These Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or INMhelp as set forth below. You may terminate these Terms at any time by permanently deleting the Application from your mobile device in its entirety or ceasing your use of the Services. Your rights automatically and immediately terminate without notice from INMhelp or any Third Party if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms. In such event, you must immediately delete the Applications.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

SimpleCitizen does not promise that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that the Services will provide specific results from your use of any content, search or link on them. The Services and all content contained within them are delivered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranty of any kind. SimpleCitizen does not warrant or represent that files you download from the Services will be free of viruses or other harmful features. You are solely responsible for any damage to your mobile device, or other device, or loss of data that results from such use. SimpleCitizen DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

13. License Grant to INMhelp

Unless otherwise agreed to in a separate written agreement between you and INMhelp that was signed by an authorized representative of INMhelp, by distributing, disseminating or uploading content through the Services (“User Content”), you hereby grant to INMhelp a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, assignable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, license (with the right to grant and authorize sublicenses) to host, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, distribute, compress or convert for distribution, and otherwise use your User Content, in any media formats and through any media channels, solely in order to publish and promote such User Content in connection with services offered or to be offered by INMhelp. Such license will apply to any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed.

15. INM Online Application Forms Generation

Upon choosing a service, the company will use the IINM official website to create an application numer (pieza) for each service paid. As part of the service, you are expressly authorizing INMhelp to create an application with the information you have provided through our formularies in order to submit by you on person at the corresponding INM office. The submission and application process will be managed by the customer, including updates and communication between you and the USCIS through the email collected through our formulary. Any application data and information submitted by you to INMhelp will be passed to official INM forms. You maintain the responsibility of any and all review of the form(s) submitted though INMhelp to be free of error before sumbition. INMhelp does not guarantee any acceptance of any form(s) by the INM.
