If you’re not 100% satisfied using INMHelp immigration services, we’ll refund your money.

If you’re not satisfied with our service, allow us to resolve your problem. Contact Us during our normal business hours. If your problem cannot be resolved within forty-eight (48) business hours of contacting us, we will provide a refund of your purchase.

Refund requests under this guarantee must be made (1) within thirty (15) days of purchase and (2) prior to your application being submitted at the INM.Changes to your situation are not valid reasons for a refund. Examples of reasons that INMHelp will not provide a refund include, but are not limited to:

  • You decided to choose using another kind of facilitating service 
  • You opted not to file at all.

Non-delivery of your order is not a valid reason for a refund. INMHelp provides a digital download of PDF documents after (time) purchase. In the rare situation that one or more downloaded documents do not work, please inform us so that we may immediately resend the corresponding files.

Your refund will be calculated based on the purchase price paid at the time of purchase and will be processed within 10 business days.

Approval Guarantee

If the Immigration authoiry denies your immigration application, we will refund our fee and reimburse your goverment fees.

If CitizenPath makes a mistake or error in the immigration forms provided to you, and that error results in a denial, we will refund the fee you paid to INMHelp for use of the service and reimburse any fee you paid to the government for the application.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the denial and must include a copy of the denial letter from the National Immigration Institute.

Only the original purchaser can receive an Approval Guarantee refund.INMHelp will not issue a refund to a third party who is not the applicant. 

Refunds will be processed within 15 days from receipt of all requested documentation, and may take an additional 3-5 days to post to your account.

INMHelp will not reimburse you for fees that are a result of any of the following:

  • False, inaccurate, or incomplete information you provide to CitizenPath;
  • Your failure to follow instructions provided by CitizenPath; or
  • Your failure or delay in filing a complete and accurate form.
  • Denial must not be because you failed to respond timely to an inquiry from the INM.
